We understand your concerns regarding the privacy and security of your personal documents. Rest assured, we prioritize the confidentiality and protection of your information. Our website implements advanced encryption protocols and secure data transmission methods to safeguard your documents throughout the verification process. Additionally, the verification page is designed to display only a preview of the scanned documents, with printing capabilities restricted unless access is specifically granted. This ensures that sensitive information remains protected while enabling verification of translation accuracy.
As the original copy of the translated and certified documents is retained by the relevant authority, embassy, or institution where you submit the copy of the original document and its certified translation, printed on our company letterhead with a stamp, only you or the relevant authority have access to the preview through the verification page. No one else can access them without the verification number and certification date mentioned on the document.
We also take additional measures to protect your data. After three (03) months from the issuance of the certified translation, your document is automatically moved to our archive. To retrieve it, a request must be submitted by the document owner who presented the original document for translation and contracted with us for certified translation at the commencement of the translation project or task, using their registered email or phone number. These measures ensure that your personal documents are safeguarded at all times.
